22/04/25, 08:30
We are delighted to announce that ClickSafe Club has been awarded a grant from the JL12 charity to purchase new laptops for our STEM education and digital literacy programmes. This generous support will significantly enhance our ability to deliver high-quality STEM and technology education to young people in our community.

Expanding Our Digital Capabilities
The new equipment will allow us to:
Accommodate more participants in our workshops
Update our teaching resources with current technology
Provide hands-on experience with modern computing tools.
Support our growing STEM education initiatives, especially robotics
Meeting a Critical Need
During our recent robotics bootcamp, we faced the challenge of not having enough laptops for all participants, limiting the hands-on experience we could provide. This funding addresses a real and immediate need in our programming, ensuring that more young people can fully engage with our STEM activities without technological barriers.
About Our Partnership
JL12's commitment to supporting community initiatives aligns perfectly with ClickSafe Club's mission to empower young people through digital skills education and STEM learning. At ClickSafe, we're dedicated to helping children and teenagers navigate the digital world safely while developing valuable technical skills for their futures.
Our programmes focus on promoting responsible online behavior, developing critical thinking about digital content, and building practical computing and STEM skills in a supportive environment.
Looking Forward
With this new funding, we're excited to expand our workshops, enhance our robotics programme, and reach even more young people in the coming months. We extend our heartfelt thanks to JL12's team for their belief in our mission and their investment in the digital future of our community's youth.
Stay tuned for updates on our expanded programming and new workshop dates!
