4.2 We reserve the right to remove a participant if their behaviour:

5. Special Needs and Accommodations

5.2 While we will make reasonable accommodations to support participants with special needs, there may be limitations to the accommodations we can provide.
5.3 Failure to disclose relevant information about needs may impact our ability to provide appropriate support and, in some cases, may require withdrawal from the service.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Basic first aid will be administered when necessary. In case of emergency, medical professionals will be contacted, and emergency contacts will be notified immediately.
6.2 Participants must provide emergency contact information and are responsible for ensuring it remains current.
6.3 Participants must not attend in-person events if they are unwell, particularly if they have contagious conditions.
6.4 We follow health and safety guidelines provided by relevant authorities and venue requirements.
7. Photography and Media Consent
9.1 We will take photographs or videos during services for educational purposes, promotional materials, social media, website content, and impact reports.
9.2 Participants can opt out of photo/video consent on the registration form.
9.3 Participants are not permitted to take photographs or videos of other participants without explicit permission.

9.3 We cannot accept responsibility for participants' online activities outside of our supervised service sessions.

10.1 While all reasonable care is taken to ensure participant safety and satisfaction, participants acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks.
10.2 We maintain appropriate liability insurance but are not liable for:
